Monarch Healthcare is recruiting for a Registered Nurse (Nights) to join our dedicated team at Rutland Manor Nursing Home in Ilkeston, DE7 . At Rutland Manor, we offer care and nursing support to older adults, individuals living with dementia and complex needs. Position Details: Hours: 3 nights per week Shift Times: 19:30-07:30 Schedule: We work on rota basis, including alternate weekends and some bank holidays. Administration of medication Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Companys procedure and NMC guidelines. Monitoring of resident well-being Report any ill health amongst Clients and make requests for GP and Professional visits where necessary. Supervision of the care team when acting as the nurse in charge, ensure a clear and concise handover report is given to all relevant Staff Members at the end of each shift.
