If youre calm, reliable, and looking for meaningful night work, this role makes a real difference.About the RoleAs a Waking Night Support Worker at CareTech, youll support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and challenging behaviour during overnight hours. Youll ensure individuals feel safe and comfortable, respond to their needs, and maintain a calm, supportive environment.Your responsibilities will include: Providing overnight support and reassuranceSupporting personal care and comfort as requiredMonitoring wellbeing and responding appropriately to incidentsMaintaining accurate records and handoversPromoting dignity, safety, and safeguarding at all timesWorking independently while being part of a wider teamThe role can be quiet at times and busy at others but your presence is essential.New to Care or Experienced?
