OverviewJob Title: Cleaner Hourly Rate of Pay: £12.21 Position Type: Permanent Type of Employment: Part Time Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (5:00AM to 7:30AM) Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 12.5 Location: CHP - Kirkby - Tower Hill Primary Care and Community Resource Centre - Ebony Way ResponsibilitiesDeliver routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer; ensure service delivery meets all SLA agreements and adheres to cleaning schedules. Maintain the hospital's reputation for high-quality soft services and seek opportunities to develop this further. Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers; deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations. Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures. Work to own initiative where appropriate; be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude; able to work to a schedule; be a team player; strive for continuous improvements in service delivery. QualificationsIdeal candidate would have cleaning experience; training can be provided.
