We are looking for a Qualified Master Technician to join our clients Aftersales Team and help drive excellence in service and repair.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Master Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the workshop by: Leading and mentoring the Workshop Team, offering technical guidance and support.Advising on work priorities and promoting efficient, high-quality practices.Becoming a subject matter expert in your area through effective use of tools and resources.Driving a culture of quality and first-time fixesMaintaining accurate records and documentation in line with quality standards.Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
