KeyResponsibilities Delivery&Collection: Safelyload,transport,deliver,andcollecthireequipmenttoandfromcustomersites. CustomerHandover: Conductthoroughhandoverprocesseswithcustomers,ensuringequipmentisoperationalandinstructionsareprovidedasneeded. Inspection&Documentation: Inspectequipmentfordamagesorshortagesduringcollections.Recordfindingsaccuratelyusingthecompanytablet,includingtakingphotosandobtainingcustomersignatureswheneverpossible. VehicleMaintenance: Performdailyvehiclechecksandreportanydefectspromptly.Ensurevehiclesareservicedatthecorrectmanufacturerintervals. Compliance: Adheretoallrelevantlegislation,includingproperuseandtimelydownloadingofdigitaltachographs.Followcompanyhealthandsafetypoliciesandproceduresduringalloperations. TeamCollaboration: Workcloselywithdepotstaffandhiredeskadministratorstoensuresmoothoperations.AssistwithadditionaltasksasrequestedbytheDepotManag Requirements: Minimumof2yearsdrivingexperiencewithavalidUKdrivinglicence. Proventowingexperience. Adigitaltachographcard. Strongattentiontodetailwithafocusonaccuratereportinganddocumentation. Excellentcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytointeractpolitelyandprofessionallywith Knowledgeofhealthandsafetyregulationsrelatedtotransportandequipmentdelivery Aboutyou: Reliable,responsible,andsafety-conscious.
