Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Analyst / Finance Business Partner to join a world-leading manufacturing business on a Part Time basis.Working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance you will be business partnering with various senior stakeholders across operations and supply-chains, providing key commercial insights to help drive strategic business decisions. Senior Financial Analyst & Business PartnerSt IvesPart-Time 22.5 hours per weekWorld-Leading Manufacturer About the Role Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders across Operations and Supply Chain functions. Your primary focus will be on delivering in-depth cost analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and contributing to the enhancement of manufacturing cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to provide actionable commercial insights.Conduct detailed financial and cost analysis to support business strategy.Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.Drive improvements in manufacturing processes and cost control.About You:Strong experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or business partnering role.Comfortable working in complex organisational environments, ideally in manufacturing.Commercially savvy with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA preferred), though candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.Whats on Offer:A flexible part-time role (22.5 hours/week) with autonomy over how you manage your time.The chance to join a market-leading, innovative business and make a tangible impact.To learn more or to apply, please contact Scott Park at The One Group.
