Job Description Our client is seeking an exceptional Head of Commercial (sales) to take ownership of one of their most strategically important retail partnerships within the UK grocery sector. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for the commercial strategy, performance and longterm growth of a major UK & International business supplying M&S.As a key member of the senior customer team, you will shape and deliver a value-led commercial strategy, drive sustainable profitability, and build trusted, high-impact relationships at a senior customer level. You will also lead and develop a high-performing commercial team, working cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and outstanding customer delivery.Key requirements:Commercial management experience within FMCG retailProven success managing top-tier UK grocery accounts (M&S experience highly desirable)Strong P&L ownership, negotiation and strategic planning capabilityTrack record of leading and developing high-performing teamsThis is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a flagship retail partnership within a growing, ambitious business.
