With a growing portfolio of exceptional properties across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the US, they are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead complex, high-end residential projects from concept to completion. This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a fast-growing practice, working directly alongside the Founder to shape both the creative and operational success of world-class interiors. A Studio That Inspires Non-corporate, design-obsessed, and rooted in collaboration and excellence. The Role Lead 23 prime residential projects at a time, managing every stage from initial brief to final installation. Act as the primary contact for high-profile clients, consultants, and contractors. Design and oversee the production of bespoke joinery, lighting, and furniture , with an exceptional eye for materiality and detail. Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and complex global logistics. Bring fresh ideas, supplier connections, and creative energy to elevate each project. About You Experience 5 years leading large-scale luxury residential projects, ideally with international delivery. Pedigree Previous experience in one of the UK or Europes top interior design studios. Polish Confident in presenting to high-net-worth clients and navigating demanding briefs. Expertise Strong supplier knowledge, exceptional detail orientation, and mastery of AutoCAD & Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign). Drive Proactive, highly organised, and capable of running multiple projects independently.
