Plumbing and Heating Engineer

A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a skilled Plumbing &Heating Engineer to join the Yorkshiredivision, on a full time, permanent basis. Responsibilities: Carry out the boiler and full heating replacements Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and necessary fault-finding Ensure all work is completed to high safety and efficiency standards, in line with current regulations Keep detailed and accurate records of all work undertaken, including materials used and time spent Communicate effectively with clients and tenants, offering clear explanations of work required and future maintenance guidance Requirements Current Gas Safe Registration (with valid Gas Safe ID) NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in Gas Engineering or equivalent CSCS Proven experience in the installation, servicing, and repair of gas appliances Full UK driving licence Background in a repairs and maintenance or property services environment Whats on Offer 33 days annual leave Van & Fuel Card Discount schemes with major retailers Gym membership discounts Learning and development opportunities, including professional qualifications and training support Attractive employee referral rewards This is a permanent position, and Coleman James are acting as an Employment Agency TPBN1_UKTJ
