Community Staff Nurse

OverviewA Band 5 Community Nurse position is available within the Haltemprice Community Nursing and Conditions Team. This permanent role is for 37.5 hours per week, scheduled over 7 days. The Haltemprice Community Nursing Team provides comprehensive community nursing care to clients requiring long-term conditions management, complex wound care, or palliative care. Services are delivered in patients' homes (including residential care) and designated treatment rooms. The team utilises a multidisciplinary approach and collaborates with local providers and other healthcare organisations in Hull and the East Riding. ResponsibilitiesProvide community nursing care for clients requiring long-term conditions management, complex wound care, or palliative care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and local providers/other healthcare organisations in Hull and the East Riding. Utilise flexible working hours and adapt to changing demands of community nursing. Travel between various work locations and attend training and meetings; hold a car for travel as required. Qualifications and SkillsStrong communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing demands of community nursing. IT literacy is required.
