Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Five9 Solutions Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and support in the implementation and optimization of Five9 solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, consulting on best practices, assisting in the presales process, supporting sales activities, and managing projects. The role involves significant client interaction and requires effective communication to ensure successful deployment and utilization of Five9 solutions.
