Consortium are representing a valued client, who are seeking an experienced Shipping & Logistics Coordinator .As a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of the Container Operations Team, working closely with internal teams to ensurethe seamless end-to-end coordination of container shipments. You’ll help manage risk, optimise shipment margins, and ensure our client continues to deliver best-in-class container logistics solutions.This is a dynamic role that requires a forward-thinking, organised, and detail-driven professional who thrives under pressure and enjoys problem-solving on a global scale. About the role:Planning and coordinating container shipments from source to destination, in line with commercial agreements. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams, external logistics providers, inspection agencies, and customers. Handling container claims with shipping lines and cargo insurers when required. Producing timely and accurate forecasting and planning information for all stakeholders. Supporting integration and optimisation of SAP within the container operations function.
