Job DescriptionMacdonald & Company are pleased to have been retained by Wykeland, in the search for an experienced Property Asset Manager (or Senior Asset Manager) for the Retail and Leisure element of their portfolio.Wykeland are a leading regional developer known for transforming spaces across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and the Humber. From creative refurbishments to large-scale developments, the deliver environments where people and businesses thrive. With over 2 million sq.ft under management and a 1bn development pipeline, they are now seeking a talented Property professional to join our team.The RoleThe successful applicant will take responsibility for the retail and leisure assets, working across leasing, financial performance, and strategic planning. This role is central to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving value across the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesLead asset management strategy across the retail/leisure estateManage leasing, refurbishments, voids, and reconfigurationsMonitor financial performance and support capital decisionsEngage proactively with tenants and key internal/external stakeholdersContribute to reporting, board updates, and new opportunity appraisalsAbout youRelevant degree; MRICS preferredStrong background in retail & leisure asset managementKnowledge of landlord/tenant legislationConfident communicator and skilled negotiatorIT literate; CRM experience a plusUK driving licenceThis role is Hull based, with travel to site when required.
