The Opportunity The Technical Services Administrator will effectively maintain the technical services team compliance standards, including training and health & safety, to ensure adherence to legislation, regulations, and contractual obligations. The role involves liaising with SCP Planners and Supervisors and providing support to the wider SCP technical services team. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day business and organization of the technical services team and delivery process, maintaining compliance and good performance. Contribute to the development and upkeep of the in-house training systems, promoting ownership and delivery within the technical services team, attending meetings, and ensuring timely daily updates. Maintain SharePoint sites and records, ensuring logbooks, registers, HSE guidance, staff management, environmental, energy, and building files are up to date. Contribute to the development and improvement of CMMS systems for maintenance and procurement. Identify potential training opportunities, working with the training and competence administrator to implement training for the team. Liaise with HR regarding GDPR requirements, adopting key measures to drive continuous improvement.
