Job Description Group Ethical Compliance & Auditing Manager(Hull, HU13)About the roleAs our business continues to grow and operate across a complex and highly regulated environment, we are enhancing our Group HR capability with the addition of a Group Ethical Compliance and Auditing Manager. Reporting to the Group HR Director, this role focuses on driving consistency, clarity and best practice across our employment and compliance frameworks, ensuring they continue to develop in line with the scale and nature of our business.Working closely with site HR teams and external partners, youll act as a trusted centre of expertise for ethical and regulatory compliance, supporting sites with insight, guidance and effective oversight while helping shape and refine the standards and processes that underpin responsible employment across the Group.About CranswickCranswick is a leading UK food producer, employing thousands of people across a broad network of sites and supplying many of the countrys bestknown retail and food service customers. This scale and diversity create exciting opportunities to further develop Group capability, drive consistency and support the business as it continues to grow in a responsible and sustainable way.What youll doAct as the Group lead for ethical and immigration compliance, ensuring clear, consistent and wellgoverned processes across all sitesManage sponsorship and Right to Work activity endtoend, including monitoring, reporting and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory requirementsOwn and maintain core systems and data relating to sponsored workers, ensuring information is complete, up to date and auditreadyCoordinate all external reporting and submissions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partnersProvide expert guidance and practical support to site HR teams, acting as a trusted point of contact for queries and adviceLead regular audits and checks to ensure roles, pay, documentation and site allocations remain aligned and compliantOversee renewals, starters, leavers and contractual changes, ensuring activity is planned, timely and wellcontrolledSupport capability building across HR by delivering guidance and training on compliance requirements and best practiceWhat were looking forExperience in a HR, compliance, governance or auditbased role, with the confidence to operate independently and take ownership A strong understanding of regulated working environments, with the ability to interpret requirements and apply them consistently in practice Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise effectively with site teams, senior stakeholders and external partners A highly organised, detailfocused professional who is comfortable working with complex data, systems and processes A methodical and proactive approach, with the ability to plan ahead, manage deadlines and maintain accurate, wellcontrolled records Confidence using HR systems and digital platforms, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail The ability to provide clear guidance and constructive support, helping others understand and work within established frameworks A collaborative mindset, balanced with the confidence to provide challenge where neededWhat We Offer:Competitive Salary: Discussed at application stage.Car AllowanceShare Save Scheme: Access to purchase shares at a discounted rate.Pension Scheme: Enhanced contribution options.Holiday Entitlement: Generous allowance with the option to purchase additional days.Employee Discounts: Discounts at major high street stores and supermarkets through our company portal.Apply Today To apply, please submit a CV and Cover Letter to [email protected] Closing Date: 15th May 2026
