Job DescriptionWe develop and run villages with the wow factor that enhance the lives of our owners, their family and their friends. Through our two brands, Mayfield Villages and Audley Villages, we offer stylish apartments and houses complete with the best facilities from bistros and bars, to health clubs and swimming pools. And, of course, exceptional service throughout. What's more, through our dedicated care teams we provide owners as well as customers out in the local community with the support they need to remain independent. It's retirement, but not as the UK has known it.nThis is a sales role where you'll be selling not just a property, but also a type of retirement that can offer people a whole new lease of life.nKey responsibilities:nnTo overall manage the sales enquiries, reporting on volume and timelines of current enquiry status.nTo engage in purchasing customers and continue a professional relationship that is informative and helpful.nTo generate new appointments from an existing database via organised outbound calls.nTo provide information to new and interested customers from an off plan visual and provide in-property viewings.nTo support events for potential new customers that are being introduced and engaged into the brand.nTo support manage the sales environment including the sales office and sales suites to ensure they are presentable and fit for impromptu and scheduled customer interest.nTo manage sales enquiries via telephone, internet leads, walk-ins and scheduled/impromptu appointments.nTo present the brand to all enquiries in an informed manner, providing information and following a next steps sales programme to optimise progressive interest.nnRequired skills and experiencennPrevious sales and face to face customer service experience is essentialnExcellent communication skills and telephone mannernProven experience of high customer service.nExperience of being in a role that is results driven and measured.nThe ability to work accurately whilst under pressure in a target orientated environmentnComputer literatenA team player with excellent organisational skillsnA good knowledge of the local areanYou must hold a full UK/EU driving licence and have access to your own transportnnWhy you would like to work herenWorking with Audley is a long-term career prospect, because we develop our sites in phases, and resell apartments when they become available.
