KeyResponsibilities: Provideworld-classcustomerserviceviaphone,email,socialmedia,andlivechat. Ensurecustomersaresupportedefficientlyandeffectivelyateverytouchpoint. Offerexperttechnicaladvicebeforepurchasetobuildcustomerconfidence. Useourbespokeordermanagementsystemtocheckandconfirmorders,suggestingwaystomaximisesatisfaction. Liaisewithmanufacturersandcustomerstoresolvequeriesandfinalisetechnicaldrawings. ManageshippinganddeliverydatathroughourCRM. Resolvedelivery,damage,ordesignissuesquicklyandprofessionally. EssentialSkills&Attributes: Apassionforcustomerserviceandhelpingpeople. Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills. Abilitytoworkcollaborativelyinateamenvironment. Positive,hardworkingattitude.
