This is your chance to join a respected agency that blends local knowledge, high service standards , and a vibrant portfolio of properties.What You'll Be Doing:Overseeing the full lettings journey - from valuation to move-inSecuring new instructions and expanding the portfolioNegotiating tenancies and ensuring full legal complianceBuilding lasting relationships with landlords and tenantsLeading a team and reporting performance to senior leadershipWhat You'll Need:2-3+ years of lettings experience (senior negotiator or above)A solid understanding of UK lettings laws and proceduresA car and full UK driving licenceStrong communication, negotiation, and organisational skillsLanguages: Fluent English (Punjabi, Urdu, or Hindi desirable)ARLA qualified?
