Interim Head of Finance

Global Accounting Network are partnering with an award-winning real estate client who are looking for an interim Head of Finance to join ASAP. As Head of Finance, this role will report into the Finance Director and have plenty of interaction with the CFO.Main Responsibilities:Lead the month-end close and reporting processes, including commentary & variance analysisPrepare monthly Management and Board ReportsProduce the business plan, annual budget, forecasts and half-year reforecast submissionsProduce and submit the monthly 5-year rolling Business Plan ForecastSupport the FD with balance sheet integrity and working capital managementPrepare financial planning and scenario modellingProvide clear financial analysis for tender opportunities and commercial recommendationsOwn the Finance Process and Control FrameworkManage and develop a team of twoAd hoc commercial finance tasksIdeal Candidate:Fully Qualified AccountantPrior experience running month end & budget processesExperience with long term capital projectsReal Estate & Housebuilding experience would be beneficial
