Job Title - Level 2/3 Early Years Educator Job Type - Permanent Location - Storrington Hours - 40 hour week or 'Flexi Week', working 36/40 hours over 4 days Salary - 24,960 - 27,040 Your new company In our early years settings, play is at the heart of everything we do. Your new role As a valued member of our setting, you will play a key role in supporting children's development through play-based learning. You'll work closely with your team to deliver a rich and stimulating curriculum that reflects the latest thinking in early years' education, while building strong relationships with children and their families. Our nursery is thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity and creativity. We draw inspiration from Forest School principles and educational philosophies such as Reggio Emilia, High Scope, and Montessori, while integrating modern approaches including STEM and emotional wellbeing. What you'll need to succeed A recognised qualification in Early Years Childcare at Level 2 or above (or equivalent) Practical experience working within an Early year setting A sound understanding of key legislation including the EYFS framework, SEN guidance, and safeguarding procedures A flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required The ability to build strong, supportive, and professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues What you'll get in return Flexible working options available.
