Site Fitter

A specialist Engineering organisation based in Horsham are looking for a proactive and hands-on Site Fitter to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will involve supporting plant installation projects and carrying out essential maintenance and site preparation tasks. This is a varied and practical role suited to someone who enjoys working in different environments and problem-solving on the job. Key Responsibilities: Assist with plant and equipment installation on client sites Perform minor repairs and maintenance on plant equipment Carry out tank cleaning and preparation to ensure safe operation Undertake site preparation works ahead of installation and servicing projects Apply and manage chemical treatment processes in line with safety guidelines Ensure all work is carried out safely, following company procedures and industry standards What is required: Previous experience in a similar role (site fitter, plant operative, labourer etc) Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills Willingness to travel to different sites and occasionally work flexible hours Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team TPBN1_UKTJ
