Role: Multi-Trader Location: Horsham Contract type: Temp (Full time) Start date: ASAP Pay rate: 21 - 23 per Hour Fawkes & Reece contact: Aaron Lockwood (Brighton Office) The company: A well-established national contractor who focuses on public sector contracts. The role: As the Handyperson / Multi-Trader on the project you will be responsible for: Carry out the repair, refurbishment and maintenance of accommodation, including but not limited to; basic joinery & plumbing, painting & decorating, dry lining and vinyl floor installation Ensure necessary works are completed to a high standard Liaise with the Site Supervisor regarding work in progress to ensure orders are completed on time Ensure workshop, stores and yard are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion daily Minimise material wastage and inform supervisor of low stock Assist the loading and unloading of materials at the depot premises, ensuring this is completed safely Inspect units on return to the depot and report any damages or missing items Carry out repairs at different site locations where necessary Operate within accordance to all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental legislation and company procedures About you: You will need a current and valid CSCS card. Own a selection of hand tools and power tools. Good written and verbal communication skills. To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes: You MUST have a current and valid CSCS card.
