Deputy Manager or Team Leader (5 Bed LD Residential Home) 26,500 Horsham RH13 Overview Located in Horsham town, close to public transport links, but would prefer applicant to be a driver if possible. Residential service with 5 PWS, some PWS with mobility needs, so hoisting required (to be happy to do this). Full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, able to work fully flexibly across days, usually between 7am-9pm.Shift times are typically earlies (7am-2pm), lates (2pm-9pm) and sleep ins (9pm-11pm + sleep in till 7am) however, hours can vary so flexibility required. If a Sleep in is required, thensleep ins are paid at an additonal flat rate of 40.00 per sleep in. FTE 26,500 per annum Candidate Specification Deputy manager experience not essential, but experience leading a team, and in the LD field required. Ideal candidate is someone who can motivate a positive team culture and support the service.
