Job Description Job Opportunity: Global Logistics Coordinator Clinical Trials (EMEA) Hybrid | 6 months project maternity leave Join a leading organization in the clinical trial supply chain sectorAre you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about logistics in a fast-paced, global environment? Were partnering with a leading global provider of clinical trial support services to hire a Global Logistics Coordinator for their EMEA Logistics Helpdesk team.This position plays a crucial role in ensuring on-time delivery and support for temperature-sensitive clinical trial materials and patient-specific shipments, while also contributing to sustainability initiatives through the reuse of high-performance packaging. What You'll Do:As part of the EMEA Global Logistics Helpdesk, you'll collaborate with teams across the US and APAC regions to:Provide proactive track & trace and escalation support for inbound/outbound shipmentsSupport reverse logistics and returns management of clinical trial suppliesManage the Credo reuse programme: coordinate returns of reusable temperature-controlled packaging, arrange pickups, track usage, and maintain metricsSupport Clinical Site to Patient (CstP) shipment processesGenerate shipping documentation in compliance with GDP and GxP standardsHandle incoming requests from clinical trial sites, clients, and internal teams via phone and email, ensuring timely resolutionMaintain accurate data and client reporting with high attention to detailParticipate in process improvement and team collaboration initiatives What You Bring:Strong customer service skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetGood command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)High attention to detail and ability to work under pressureClear and professional communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in remote or hybrid environmentsPrior exposure to logistics, clinical trials, or life sciences is a plusbut not essential; full training will be provided Minimum Requirements:GCSE or equivalent education levelFluency in English (additional European languages are a plus) Why Join?Work on global projects with real-world patient impactBe part of an innovative logistics and clinical supply chain teamGain experience in reverse logistics, patient-centric services, and sustainabilityReceive full training and continuous support for your development Interested?
