An exciting and brand-new permanent opportunity for a People/HR Advisor role to join a rapidly growing and highly successful Energy/Data and Tech company located in Surrey. You will possess your CIPD level 5 qualification and ideally possess around two years experience working within a SME sized organisation working with all aspects of Human resources, having experience of the full life-cycle. If you are looking to progress your HR career further, there will be plenty of opportunity to do so! You will be accountable for the quality standards, volume and timeliness of HR generalist support and responsibilities within and fast paced and changing environment. The key duties will be; employee relations, salary review/change letters, managing and on-boarding of new starters, overseeing probation processes and supporting team managers. Monitoring absence level thresholds, managing the parental leave process and although this isn''t a recruitment role, you will be required to work closely with the Recruitment Advisor and to support and step in to assist when required. Regularly liaising with the payroll department and always being available to staff members and team managers. Providing research, analysis and working to ISO HR standards and procedures, making recommendations as appropriate. This is a varied role, it is key you will be experienced in all areas of the HR function. You will be based at Head Office, with hybrid working on offer of two days in the office and three days working from home every week. You will be required to occasionally visit the other offices throughout the UK; a car driver would be essential for this role. Skills/experience/attributes required: CIPD level 5 is essential Ideally two years experience within an HR advisor/administrator/assistant role looking to progress your HR career further Experience of Employee relations is essential An experienced HR generalist not a specialist just in one area Experience of working for an SME sized organisation Ideally degree educated or similar Experience of working with a Cloud based HR ATS experience of Cezanne would be desirable Analytical with experience of working to ISO standards and KPIs Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential Confident working with departmental computer systems/databases Strong administration skills, proactive and highly organised Confident, personable nature and a great listener Resilient and adaptable to change Open to learning new skills A collaborative team player High attention to detail and accurate Outstanding communication skills, face to face, over the phone and over email55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
