We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the primary age range. Key responsibilities include: Providing individual and small-group support for pupils with complex needs. Assisting with communication, sensory, and physical needs. Supporting children in developing confidence, independence, and life skills. Collaborating with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning plans.
