Senior Stylist/ Colour Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, including haircuts and colour or your preferred niche. You will play a key role in enhancing the client experience while also contributing to the overall success of the salon. A basic salary plus commission is extremely competitive within the industry, earnings up to 50k+ are achievable depending on your level of experience. Duties Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and styling. Offer expert advice on hair care products and techniques to clients. Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experience and salon revenue. Assist in front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new staff members if this is something you''d like to be a part of. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and techniques. Skills Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience in barbering is an advantage but not essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to mentor others and share knowledge within the team. Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon environment. Proven ability to upsell products and services effectively.
