The story is happening now.As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, youll play a key part in ensuring vehicles are costed accurately and efficiently, supporting smooth site operations and maintaining our reputation for high-quality customer service.Responsibilities of a Vehicle Damage Assessor will include:Producing accurate estimates and invoices to meet repair timelines and partner SLAsManaging repair costs and ensuring profitabilitySupporting the site with assessments, total loss cases, and repair methodology reviewsEnsuring all work complies with BS10125 standardsLiaising with customers, insurers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless processIdentifying and reporting any losses or issues that impact quality or marginSkills and experience required as a Vehicle Damage Assessor:Were after someone who combines technical know-how with attention to detail and great communication:Strong technical understanding of body & paint repairProven experience in vehicle estimatingConfident using Audatex, Glassmatix, and related systemsFamiliarity with E-scribe, Ezi Methods, and Glass's EvaluatorAudatex Gold training or equivalent experienceATA accreditation (or willingness to achieve it)A team player with a can-do attitude and a solutions-focused approachOrganised, methodical, and customer-service drivenJoining our team at ABL1 Touch means becoming part of a dynamic organisation that values its employees and provides opportunities for professional growth.
