Job Description Client OverviewOur client is a design and manufacturer for the Automotive Industry, with sever smaller scale projects supporting additional marketplaces.They have a fantastic culture, recognizing staff for their work regularly, inhouse training, new state of the art facilities and collaborative environment.Their focus is naturally offering a great level of product to their client but specifically they lock in on NPD and commercialization of their products.Job ResponsibilitiesManage projects from cradle to grave, on time and within budgetManage internal and external resources to keep projects on trackLead meetings, drive actions, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders within the projectsShow initiative to troubleshoot issues and make critical decisions under pressureKeep response times within set KPIsSkill RequiredCan demonstrate full cradle to grave Project Management, delivering projects on time and with small teams5 Years experience within Project Management in engineering or manufacturing, ideally coming from engineering or manufacturing in some capacity prior (the latter is not essential) Able to demonstrate flexibility, where you have rolled your sleeves up, shown initiative to get projects across the lineIdeally holding a project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE 2, APM etc)Compensation & Other Benefits50,000 to 70,000 per annum (based on experience)Staff Recognition Awards, Pension, Holiday etcGrowing business, chance to be part of the growth path in this new rolePlease note that our clients are unable to offer sponsorship for employment visas.
