Medical Affairs Associate – ContractWe’re supporting a global life sciences organisation seeking a Medical Affairs Associate to support investigator-initiated research activities and related operational processes. The role involves coordinating studies, working with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring activities are delivered in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Key responsibilitiesSupport coordination of investigator-initiated studies across their lifecycleAct as a point of contact for investigators, affiliates, and internal teamsTrack contracts, budgets, timelines, and study milestonesMaintain accurate documentation and inspection readinessSupport operational meetings and ongoing study reportingRequirementsScientific or health-related degree, or equivalent experienceExperience in medical affairs, clinical research, or study coordinationContract, budget, or operational support experienceStrong organisational and communication skillsUnderstanding of medical research processes and complianceAbout Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
