We operate in a commercially focused, performance-driven environment where marketing supports business growth, revenue generation and long-term commercial performance.The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Marketer to join our newly renamed Marketing, Technology and Innovation team and help strengthen and expand the marketing function.This is a hands-on role that will see you take ownership of daily marketing activities, improve existing processes, and help raise the overall standard of marketing performance, systems and initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop content strategies aligned with best practices to improve online visibility.Build and enhance lead-generation initiatives to increase MQL volume.Support exhibition planning and attendance.HubSpot administration and management.Utilise AI and automation systems to enhance marketing efficiency and overall performance.Support reporting and performance analysis to inform decision-making.Contribute to the development and expansion of the marketing team.Experience and SkillsStrong digital marketing experienceDemonstrable HubSpot experienceSolid understanding of Content Marketing, SEO, AEO and GEOConfident working with data, reporting and performance trackingExperience using AI and automation tools in a practical settingExcellent written communication and attention to detailOrganised, proactive and commercially awareThe Right PersonWe are looking for someone dependable and responsible who takes ownership of their work.
