Job Description At Augean, were looking for a versatile and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead a varied portfolio of projects across our operational and corporate landscape.This is a role for someone who thrives in a hands-on, multi-site environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can confidently move between operational, technical, and business change projects.About the RoleIn this business critical role, youll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery from shaping scope through to successful implementation and adoption.Youll work across a broad range of environments including operational sites, treatment facilities, and head office functions, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and aligned to business priorities.What Youll Be DoingLead the end-to-end delivery of projects and business change initiatives Define scope, objectives, and success criteria with key stakeholders Build and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and RAID logs Coordinate cross-functional teams, site managers, contractors, and suppliers Track progress and report on milestones, risks, and costs to governance forums Proactively manage and escalate risks and issues Support change management and adoption across the business Ensure compliance with health 'safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Capture lessons learned to continuously improve delivery practices What Were Looking ForStrong generalist PM capability with proven experience delivering multiple projects across diverse environments and project types.Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, and schedules. Familiarity with and ideally qualified in structured methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMI).Experience in regulated or multi-site environments.Exposure to business change and benefits realisation. Experience working with third-party suppliers and governance frameworks. Willingness to travel across UK sites.
