This is a unique opportunity to drive impact in rural electrification, irrigation, agro-processing, and cold chain energy systems.What Youll Do:Lead Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on agriculture.Build Partnerships: Engage with farmers, cooperatives, NGOs, and government bodies to identify opportunities and secure contracts.Tailor Solutions: Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver hybrid energy systems (solar, battery, diesel, grid) that meet agricultural needs.Drive Sales: Manage tenders, proposals, and partnerships to grow revenue and expand MSPs footprint.Represent MSP: Be our voice at trade shows, conferences, and forums advocating for sustainable energy in agriculture.Who Youll Work With:Youll collaborate across MSPs Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support teams to deliver high-impact solutions.What Were Looking For:57 years experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in agriculture, energy, or rural infrastructure.Proven success in closing deals and managing stakeholder relationships.Strong understanding of agricultural operations and energy needs.Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and relationship builder.Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months, max 6 points).Legal right to work in the UK and DBS check required.Desirable:Experience with donor-funded agricultural programs or government initiatives.Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and financing models (e.g., PAYGO, leasing).Exposure to emerging markets or rural development.Ready to make a difference in agricultural energy?
