Youll play a key role in attracting, supporting and managing teachers and support staff who work with Moore Teachers. What youll be doingSourcing teachers and support staff through job boards, social media and marketing campaignsBuilding strong relationships with candidates throughout their journey with Moore TeachersScreening and interviewing potential candidatesSupporting candidate registrations and compliance checksManaging and updating the candidate databaseCreating marketing emails and promoting opportunities to our candidate networkSupporting recruitment consultants to ensure schools have access to the best available staff Wed love to hear from you if you:Are highly organised with strong attention to detailEnjoy communicating with people and building relationshipsAre confident speaking with a wide range of stakeholdersHave strong written and spoken communication skillsAre proactive, motivated and positiveExperience in recruitment, education, sales or administration would be beneficial but isnt essential.
