Job Description My client, a main housing developer is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a brand-new flagship scheme nr Hoddesdon. The ideal candidate will have worked as either a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on traditional build housing schemes/high volume and has experience of starting projects & taking units from foundation to handovers, with strong knowledge of traditional build.The scheme consists of 900 units, split across multiple phases of all traditional build homes, including private build and HA Duties,Project Manager, reporting to the Contract Manager Full site set up and programmingLeading and managing site managers and assistant site managersChair sub-subcontractor meetingsEnsuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programRAMSFull understanding of H&S and ensuring its adhered toSnagging of sub-contractor workCalls off/MaterialsProviding accurate and regular reports on progress and datesNHBC stage inspectionsControlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditureDriving through quality at every stage of the construction processEnsuring the development pass internal and external inspection processesTaking responsibility for self-development and the development of othersMonitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to subcontractorsCompletions, CMLS, HandoversQualifications,Project Manager/Senior Site Manager experienceProven experience of being a No1 ideally responsible for multiple phasesExperience of running large high-volume projects ideally worked for a PLCExcellent sub-contractor experienceStrong commercial awarenessAble to train and manage any staff who report into youNew build, residential experienceCSCS Black, SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold awarenessBenefitsSalary range 80,000 - 87000 annuallyBonus 20%Car allowance27 days holiday inclusive of Bank HolidaysPrivate Healthcare7% PensionBonus
