Exciting new Learning & Development Business Partner opportunity in an amazing organisation, whose HR Team is both professional and fun. This L&D Business Partner role reports into the Talent and Engagement Manager, and is responsible for the Companys employee Development Plan. Which means the design and delivery of identified training initiatives and selecting the methodology for these interventions. In essence, driving and delivering the whole learning agenda for the organisation, including and supporting Graduate/Apprenticeship Development. A really exciting role! Candidates/Graduates calibre preferably qualified in Insights Personality Testing. Will have a proven track record of creating and delivering learning initiatives, plus a flair for report writing and a passion for data, preferably all gained in large customer services oriented best practice environment, where employee development is key to the people agenda.
