Reporting into the Fleet Manager, youll play a key part in keeping over 1,000 vehicles on the road and operating to high standards.Fleet AdministratorPermanent30,000Office based role, Hoddesdon - Free Parking onsiteKey Responsibilities:Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of vehicle locations and statusOversee the vetting of all branch-level vehicle expenditureMonitor servicing, tyre replacement, and ensure vehicles meet presentation standardsManage vehicle tracking systemsCoordinate accident management processes and follow-up reportingHandle fleet insurance, including claim management and reportingOversee MOT and tax reminder processesEnsure regular driver licence checks are completedSupport with efficient vehicle procurement and disposalAct as the first point of contact for all internal and external fleet-related queriesAbout You:1 years experience in a fleet administration, vehicle operations, or similar roleExcellent organisation and attention to detailStrong Excel and database management skillsProactive and analytical with a problem-solving mindsetConfident communicator with a collaborative approachAble to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesA customer-focused attitude
