You'll be based at one of our clients' garden centres in Hertfordshire, part of one of the UK's largest family-owned garden centre groups. Each site has its own personality, and you'll be able to make an impact while maintaining the centre's high standards. What the role looks like day to day: Coaching your team and planning for peak trading Being hands-on on the shop floor to ensure customers have an exceptional experience Managing standards, stock, and processes Driving sales, KPIs, and overall performance No two days are the same - and that's just how you like it.
