Sales Trainer

White Raven Resourcing Ltd are acting as a recruitment agency in relation to permanent recruitment services. We are looking for an experienced sales trainer to support our clients operations in Hinckley, Leicestershire. Support and enhance the performance of Telesales Teams across our Clients operations by delivering induction training and ongoing coaching. - Deliver induction and ongoing sales training across teams, including regular travel to Glasgow. - Identify individual training needs and collaborate with managers to improve performance. - Provide CRM (Salesforce) training and ensure adoption of updates. - Design and update training materials with the Head of Learning and Development. - Maintain professional standards and ensure staff meet performance targets. - Track training effectiveness and maintain accurate records. - Share best practices across the organisation. Requirements What You Bring - Proven success in a fast-paced call centre. - Experience training small sales teams (615 people). - Skilled in creating training materials and delivering 1:1 coaching. - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. - Strong communication, motivation, and rapport-building skills. - Confident, adaptable, and self-driven.
