Inside Sales Floor Manager Upto 40,000 basic (D.O.E) Monthly Bonus/Profit Share White Raven Resourcing are acting a recruitment agency in relation to permanent recruitment services. Our client, a leader in outsourced HR and H&S solutions, is seeking an Inside Sales Floor Manager for their head office in Hinckley. The purpose of the role is to train, manage and coach an exceptional telesales team which generates appointments for the field based sales team. They are seeking a hands-on, proven, high performing Inside Sales Floor Manager to join the business at an exciting time due to continued success and growth in a critical role for the business to sustain this success across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing telephone-based sales teams, driving quality and sales performance in a targeted and fast-paced environment. Experience within a B2B environment is desirable for not essential. A solution-based approach to management, coaching, activity and campaign planning, driving sales revenue are all musts! You'll be running coaching sessions with GROW and SMART methodology, and managing a high performing sales team of up to 16 individuals. You'll be auditing the CRM system to optimise data and provide quality leads. You'll provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales figures and MI. You'll be hands-on, regularly walking the floor to drive activity and performance. Requirements You'll have a track record of managing a high performing telephone-based Sales department. You'll have an ability to build, manage and drive sales performance in a targeted, entrepreneurial business environment. You'll possess a flexible approach to sales, coaching and being able to flex your coaching style from direct to consultative. Motivation skills are a must - you'll be responsible for motivating a floor of 50+ people by floor walking, holding high-energy briefs, creating and managing incentives and bring a larger than life personality. Must be able to work well within a team and manage your time effectively around your peers to be able to both support them and manage your own team simultaneously Benefits Up to 40k basic, plus bonuses/profit share.
