This role is also ideal for someone that is an experienced people manager that has transferable skills into HR. You will need strong experience holding/chairing meetings for disciplinaries & grievances. In this unique, fast-paced role, youll deliver expert HR services directly to the businesses clientsvirtually via Microsoft Teamssupporting and advising them through complex formal meetings with employees. No two days are the same. You might be guiding a disciplinary one day, and mediating a settlement the next.
