You will check warranty claims for compliance and liaise with the correct departments to ensure all claims are processed and paid in full.The ideal candidate will be a process-driven individual with strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.Day-to-day dutiesManaging your team of warranty advisors and ensuring all policies and procedures are being adhered to when submitting warranty claims.Checking warranty claims for compliance and providing constructive feedback both to the branches and warranty advisors where required.Liaising with the Warranty Accounts department and branch accountants to make sure all claims are processed and paid in full.Monitoring Mstore and following up with the branches to ensure all warranty repairs are uploaded in a timely manner.Maintaining good relations with our manufacturer partners.Attending manufacturer audits and assisting branches to implement processes to improve repair quality and customer satisfaction.Ensuring that all manufacturer standards for each brand are being followed.Providing guidance and support to the branches with all warranty queriesEssential skills and experienceA high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.The ability to motivate and drive your team to produce results and encourage a high standard of work.Previous knowledge of manufacturer warranty or previous warranty administration experience would be preferred.Ability to work well on your own and have a can-do attitude and positive demeanour.Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.Ability to work to strict timescales and deadlines.Nice to have but not essentialPrevious experience in a warranty role would be advantageous, however, training may be available for the right candidate.Experience with Microsoft Office and Power BIExperience of Mstore/KerridgeManufacturer warranty knowledgeOur Culture (should be at the bottom of every advert)Arnold Clark is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
