Project AdministratorAll the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.Location : Hillington, GlasgowSalary : 27,000 - 28,500 per annum, DOEContract : Full time, Permanent.Hours : 40 Hours (8am - 5pm) Monday to FridayBenefits : 25 days annual holiday, plus 8 stats, Pension and Sick pay!Join a Business That Powers the Nation!At IQA Group, we don't just support infrastructure we help build it!From telecoms and renewables to power networks and commercial electrical contracting, we're a trusted name in complex projects that keep the UK connected and moving.With over 200 employees across Glasgow, North Wales, Newcastle and Liverpool, we're proud of our expertise, reputation, and growth.We are now recruiting for a Project Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the projects, working alongside the Project Manager, Project Engineers & project teams to ensure that projects and objectives are delivered on time, within scope and to the agreed budget.In addition to this, as our Project Administrator you will be responsible for:Internal Communication : Liaising with the project teams to provide clerical and administrative support.Stakeholder Communication : Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and freight forwarders.Updating and maintaining comprehensive project files & documentation (e.g. Control files, RFQ files, shipping documentation, procurement documentation).Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, shipments and supplier information while also updating the project control files.Researching new suppliers for the Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Invitation to Bid (IFB) process, whilst updating and maintaining the supplier database.RFQ administration : drafting RFQs to suppliers, gathering quotations, and tracking the RFQ process from sending to receiving responses.Raising Purchase OrdersInvoice Processing : Receiving, verifying, and recording invoices from suppliers, ensuring they are accurate and match purchase orders prior to the approval process.Assist with the planning & co-ordinating of Shipments including all shipping documentation.Maintaining accurate records & updating finance files for month-end reporting, supplier payment reports, cashflow etc.Planning & co-ordinating of meetings, including effective minuting of meetings.General administrative duties as required to support the projects & projects team.Plan own workload and daily activities to meet team objectives to ensure completion of project administrative tasks.In order to be successful in this role you must have:Previous Project Administration experience in a similar role.Well-developed organisational skills, including time management skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExcellent PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail)Excellent problem solving skillsLogistics experience desirableReady to make a real impact on high-profile projectsApply now and take the next step in your commercial career with IQA Group.No agencies please.TPBN1_UKTJ
