Job DescriptionLoyalty Marketing ManagerGreat opportunity for a commercially minded Loyalty Marketing Manager to support the development and delivery of our loyalty strategy. You'll lead campaign planning and execution, manage creative development, oversee partner engagement, and ensure campaign performance meets revenue and ROI targets.Middlesex based, hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 from homeKey Responsibilities:Shape and deliver the loyalty marketing roadmap in partnership with the Senior Product ManagerPlan, coordinate, and execute loyalty campaigns across key customer segmentsWrite creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaignsDevelop and manage strategic partnerships that support loyalty acquisition and engagement goalsMonitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring delivery against revenue, ROI, and engagement targetsOversee the full loyalty lifecycle and manage trigger-based communications to improve member retentionEnsure all marketing activity is compliant with GDPR and data privacy regulationsWork closely with internal stakeholders to integrate commercial content into campaigns and align with wider business prioritiesLead the integration and use of CRM and loyalty platforms to support campaign delivery and automationStay on top of loyalty marketing trends and bring forward innovative ideas to enhance programme performanceSkills & experience:Proven experience managing loyalty programmes with a focus on acquisition, engagement, and retentionBackground in CRM, loyalty, or direct marketing (in-house or agency)Experience briefing and managing creative and technology partnersStrong understanding of GDPR and data complianceData-driven mindset with experience using insights to optimise performanceFamiliarity with CRM and loyalty marketing platformsSector experience in travel, hospitality, retail, or membership-based organisations is a plusIf you have the experience and are interested in discussing further, please get in touch ASAP with your current CV: [email protected] to a high volume of applicants, we are unable to respond to everyone.
