Food Production Operative Sector : Food Manufacturing Location: Suffolk Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 33,800 per annum Shifts: Panama (2-2-3) - Days & Nights iSQ Recruitment is seeking an experienced Food Production Operative to join one of our Suffolk-based food manufacturers (non-meat). This is a fast-paced and physically active role that involves operating and monitoring production equipment, maintaining high hygiene standards, and supporting maintenance activities. Please note this client does not offer VISA sponsorship, only candidates with full Right to Work in the UK and relevant experience will be considered. Company Pension Onsite parking Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and adjust cleaning and machines to maintain efficient production. Work proactively to increase capacity and reduce downtime. Ensure full compliance with food safety standards (e.g. HACCP, internal audits). Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready working environment at all times. Assist the Maintenance team with preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance tasks as required. Load tankers in accordance with company safety and quality procedures. Safely work at height and in confined spaces as required. Key Criteria: Previous experience in a similar production environment (food production would be an advantage). Able to work at height and in confined spaces. Physically fit - this role involves being on your feet most of the day. Highly motivated with a "can do" attitude. Full UK driving license & access to own car ( essential ). Full Right to Work in the UK ( essential ).
