Job Title: HR Program ManagerLocation: Central London (3 days on-site)Contract Type: Contract (Inside IR35)Hourly Rate: £40 - £45 per hour (via umbrella)Contract Duration: 6 MonthsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Program Manager to support the design, delivery, and activation of talent products across a global organization. Reporting to the Global Talent Product Head, this role plays a key part in shaping employee, manager, and HR experiences across cyclical and non-cyclical talent programs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement innovative HR and talent programs (e.g., onboarding, performance reviews, assessments)Develop intuitive user experiences and drive adoption across global teamsBuild and manage continuous feedback loops to improve product deliveryCollaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders for seamless integrationAnalyze user data and feedback to inform iterations and improvementsCreate engaging documentation and training materialsPresent product roadmaps and concepts to leadershipDeliver training to diverse global stakeholder groupsCandidate ProfileMust-Have Skills & Experience:Excellent written and verbal communicationProactive, detail-oriented, and agile mindsetExperience in HR or customer experience-related program designPreferred Qualifications:5+ years in HR, talent management, or program/product management rolesFamiliarity with agile methodologies and design thinkingExperience in a matrixed, global organizationStrong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skillsNo specific degree required – adaptability and attitude are keyWhat’s on OfferOpportunity to influence global HR products and experiencesHands-on role with visibility across the full HR lifecycleExposure to international teams and senior stakeholdersPotential for extension or permanent conversionMeaningful work contributing to strategic HR initiatives
