What We’re Looking For:7+ years’ experience in construction recruitmentProven track record in 360 recruitment – from BD to placementBackground in an external recruitment agency is essentialConfidence to build and manage your own deskStrong business development and client relationship skillsA self-motivated, ambitious mindset with a desire to grow with the companySomeone who has the ability to exceed reasonable targets on an ongoing basis.
