MEP Manager / Electrical Manager – Major Residential DeveloperPhase 400 Units TotalMEP Contractor Start: FebruaryWe’re working with a leading UK developer on the next phase of their landmark Brentford residential scheme, comprising two blocks totalling 400 units (Phase 2A and 2B).They’re now looking to appoint an Electrically-strong MEP Manager – or an experienced Electrical Manager – to join the project team ahead of the MEP contractor’s start on site in February.The Role:You’ll play a pivotal role in the early enabling and services phase, managing extensive utilities and groundworks packages, including:Coordination of multiple underground servicesWorking closely with civils teams on services/utility installationsOverseeing the tidy-up and completion of Phase 1Ensuring technical standards and programme targets are metThis is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience in utilities and services to join a top-tier developer with a long pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering quality schemes.What We're Looking For:Electrically-biased MEP Manager OR experienced Electrical ManagerStrong background in utilities, groundworks, and service installationsPrevious experience working on multi-unit residential developmentsProven ability to work across early-stage and live phases of major schemesPackage:£80,000 – £85,000 plus package DOE
