This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and directly impacting business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesApplying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.Sales & Account GrowthManage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts within a designated territoryIdentify and win back lost business while actively targeting competitor accountsDrive service contract sales, renewals, and upgrades to increase recurring revenueProactively convert break-fix / ad-hoc customers into long-term contract clientsEngage customers early in their lifecycle (including warranty phase) to secure future service agreementsBuild strong, consultative relationships to position yourself as a trusted advisorIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the service offeringWork towards and contribute to revenue, margin, and growth targetsMaintain a clear understanding of your pipeline and actively follow up on all opportunitiesCustomer Support & AdministrationAct as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and emailGenerate and manage service quotations, ensuring strong conversion ratesCoordinate service activities with Field Service Engineers to ensure customer satisfactionManage contract renewals end-to-end, ensuring high retention ratesSet up new installations and maintain accurate service recordsMonitor shared inboxes and ensure all opportunities are xjdpvnf captured and progressedSupport internal reporting and contribute to team performance updatesRequirementsProven experience in a sales, account management, or service sales environment (aftersales experience highly desirable)Strong track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targetsConfident communicator with the ability to influence and negotiateProactive, target-driven mindset with a focus on resultsHighly organised with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple customer relationships and opportunities simultaneousl
