They are seeking a skilled and experienced Bench Joiner/Cabinet Maker to join their team in a well-equipped, modern workshop . Key Responsibilities: Manufacture high-quality bespoke joinery and cabinetry to specification. Interpret and work from detailed production drawings with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure all work meets the companys exacting standards for craftsmanship and finish. Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker in a joinery workshop environment. Strong understanding of traditional and modern woodworking techniques . Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing work of the highest quality. A proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
